Caccia Pro operates from İkitelli OSB · Metal-İş Industrial Estate · Istanbul. As data controller, we are responsible for this policy.
2. Data Collected
When you submit a quote request, we collect your name, email, phone, company and message. This information is used only to prepare a quote and respond to you.
3. Cookies
Our site uses essential session cookies and traffic analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
4. Data Sharing and Processors
Your data is never sold. To deliver the service we share it with the following processors:
- **Our SMTP server** — form data you submit is transmitted via our own SMTP infrastructure to info@cacciapro.com.
- **Cloudflare Turnstile** — spam protection. Your IP and browser fingerprint are temporarily processed by Cloudflare.
- **Vercel Inc. (US)** — site hosting. International transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK article 9 (the consent checkbox in the form covers this transfer).
- **Upstash (EU)** — 30-day backup of quote requests.
Disclosure to authorities is only made when required by law.
5. Retention
Quote requests are retained for up to 24 months. Backup logs auto-delete after 30 days. At the end of the retention period data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to access, correct, delete and object to processing. Contact info@cacciapro.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
