The fryer extends oil life through its cool-zone design and minimizes flavor cross-contamination. The 40 cm single tank holds 8 L, the 80 cm twin tank holds 2 × 8 L. Thermostatic control is adjustable from 50–190°C; auto over-temperature safety is standard. Electric is preferred for lower volumes; gas for high volume and fast recovery. Available in 600, 700 and 900 depth series.
