The range cooker combines a 4-burner gas top with a GN 1/1 oven below in a single body. Ideal for bars, small restaurants and food trucks — single-point heat efficiency. Separate stove + oven setup allows parallel service flows over a wider line — sauté on the stove while the oven runs, two stations don't block each other. Above 80 covers, separation is usually preferred.
