The base shelf adds a full-length second surface beneath the bench. Heavy pots, stockpots and gastronorm pans sit within reach instead of on the floor. Open shelving is fast but exposed. The cabinet bench's sliding doors keep storage clear of dust, splash and the accidents of a busy service. Sliding doors — unlike hinged — claim no aisle space, so narrow runs stay walkable. The interior shelf is height-adjustable, so gastronorm pans, containers and dry goods share one body.
