Specifications
A full stockpot reaches 40 kg; lifting it into an 850 mm sink is slow and risky. The pot wash unit is built at 650 mm working height so the pot slides in rather than being lifted. The 800 mm deep bowl takes the largest soup pot or combi tray flat. A high-flow tap and oversized drain clear greasy water without clogging.
