An open front serves whatever has to move fast during service — taken one-handed, with no door to open. A wall shelf is fast; a wall cabinet protects. The sliding-door build keeps dry goods, china and seldom-used kit clear of steam and grease aerosol — above a cooking line that difference is measurable. The open-front build stays clear for anything that needs speed during service. At 400 mm depth, two rows of plates or lidded containers sit side by side. Mid-shelf height is adjustable.
