Plate grill carries smashburgers, steaks, vegetables and griddle service with a cast bottom homogeneous surface and thermostatic control. Flat plate for smashburgers and griddle items, half-grooved for mixed menus, full-grooved for steak and grill marks. 80 and 120 cm models feature dual / triple independently controlled cooking zones — bake different items at different temperatures simultaneously. Chrome-plated versions deliver heat-resistant, polished surfaces for premium operations. Available in 600, 700 and 900 depth series; an optional matching base cabinet aligns perfectly with the top dimensions.
