Specifications
Perforated shelves let air circulate, cutting the risk of mould and condensation in a damp store. Store-room order is a kitchen's stock discipline made visible. Solid shelves give a flat surface for dry goods and cases; perforated shelves let air circulate and prevent mould in damp rooms; wire is the lightest and fastest-drying — the usual choice for a cold room. All three ship knocked down, assemble without tools by one person, and allow shelf heights to be changed later. The 180 cm height gives four tiers of storage.
