Solid shelves give an uninterrupted surface for dry goods and cases; perforated shelves let air circulate and prevent mould in damp rooms; wire shelves are the lightest and fastest-drying option, the usual choice for a cold room.
The three shelf builds in the catalogue share a 304 stainless body, a 500 mm depth and eight widths from 80 to 220 cm. The 180 cm height gives four tiers of storage. All ship knocked down, assemble without tools by one person, and allow shelf heights to be changed later. Where the rack has to pass through a narrow kitchen door, the demountable rack and the 40 cm short modules do the same job.

What sizes are the storage racks made in?
The solid, perforated and wire series come in 500 mm depth, 1800 mm height and 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200 and 220 cm widths. The demountable rack comes in 1200 and 1500 mm widths with 4 or 5 shelves; 40 cm short modules are also available.
Do the racks need tools to assemble?
No. The racks ship knocked down, assemble without tools by one person, and shelf heights can be changed later.
Which storage rack suits a cold room?
The wire-shelf rack. It is the lightest and fastest-drying shelf and does not block cold-air circulation.
