This group gives every load its own vehicle: the pot trolley moves a full stockpot from range to wash, the platform trolley carries sacks and cases, the meat rail runs carcasses to the cold room, the flour/sugar trolley moves dry goods in a lidded bin, and the high-basin collection trolley clears dirty plates from the floor in one pass. All ride on braked castors in 304 stainless.
