The lava stone grill imparts traditional charcoal-grill character to meat, fish and vegetables through heat reflected off a volcanic lava stone bed. Fat dripping onto the stones produces natural smoke that wraps the food. With an industrial stainless body, adjustable grill rack and LPG / NG compatible burners, it serves both gourmet restaurants and high-volume grill houses.
